Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a creative, confident, and energetic Content Creator create engaging content and promote our brand across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, have strong communication skills, and be capable of creating entertaining and informative content that attracts and engages audiences.

Key Responsibilities

A. Social Media Management

Manage and maintain the company's official social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, photos, videos, stories, and reels.
Ensure regular posting and maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms.
Respond to comments, messages, inquiries, and customer feedback professionally and promptly.
Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.

B. TikTok Content Creation and Presentation

Create, record, and present engaging TikTok videos related to the company's services, activities, and promotional campaigns.
Appear on camera as a presenter, host, or content creator when required.
Develop creative ideas, scripts, and concepts for short-form videos.
Participate in trending challenges, relevant content formats, and promotional activities suitable for the company's image.
Speak clearly and confidently on camera and maintain a professional appearance.
Produce informative, entertaining, and promotional videos to increase brand awareness and audience reach.

C. Video Production and Editing

Record high-quality videos and photographs for marketing and promotional purposes.
Edit videos using suitable applications and tools, including captions, subtitles, music, transitions, and effects.
Prepare attractive thumbnails, posters, banners, and other digital marketing materials.
Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and consistent with the company's branding guidelines.

D. Marketing and Audience Engagement

Promote company services, recruitment activities, job vacancies, announcements, events, and other approved business activities.
Develop creative campaigns to increase followers, engagement, inquiries, and potential customer leads.
Coordinate with the marketing and recruitment teams to collect accurate information for content creation.
Follow up on social media inquiries and forward business leads to the relevant department.
Support paid advertising campaigns and promotional activities when required.

E. Reporting and Performance Monitoring

Track views, reach, followers, engagement rates, video performance, and inquiries generated through social media.
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
Identify successful content formats and recommend improvements to increase audience engagement.
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

F. Professional Conduct and Confidentiality

Follow company policies, branding guidelines, and management instructions.
Obtain approval before publishing sensitive, official, or confidential company information.
Protect company accounts, passwords, customer information, and internal documents.
Ensure that published content is professional, accurate, respectful, and compliant with applicable laws and platform policies.
Perform other marketing and promotional duties assigned by management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum qualification: +2 or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
Good understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing tools such as CapCut is an advantage.
Energetic, expressive, and presentable, with a positive attitude.
Previous experience in content creation, influencing, or social media promotion will be an advantage.
Freshers with creativity and confidence are encouraged to apply.
