Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Creator who can independently manage our social media presence and develop engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and handle all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Create monthly and weekly content plans and digital marketing strategies.
Write creative scripts, captions, reels ideas, and promotional content.
Shoot and create videos and photos for social media.
Plan, shoot, and coordinate Reels, TikToks, educational videos, promotional videos, and other content.
Edit videos and photos for social media.
Develop creative ideas to increase reach, engagement, followers, and leads.
Manage regular posting and maintain a consistent social media presence.
Understand current social media trends and create trend-based content.
Coordinate with doctors and staff to create educational and promotional content.
Plan campaigns, offers, events, and seasonal promotions.
Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on results.
Maintain a proper content calendar and ensure timely execution.
Support online promotions and digital marketing campaigns.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree or relevant education in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation is preferred.
Practical experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Good skills in video shooting, photography, video editing, and content creation.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop new content ideas.
Good scriptwriting and communication skills.
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
Ability to independently plan and execute content from idea → script → shooting → editing → posting.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and basic analytics.
Experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, or medical marketing will be an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For:

We need someone who is hands-on and creative, not someone who only manages posts. The ideal candidate should be able to come up with an idea, write the script, shoot the content, edit it, post it, and analyze its performance.
