Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive at Sajilo Sewa located in Lalitpur District. The Social Media Executive is responsible for the end-to-end execution of social media strategies across platforms to achieve marketing KPIs. Key duties include creating branded content and advertisements, organizing campaigns, tracking analytics, monitoring trends and followers, regularly refining approaches, collaborating with creative teams, communicating professionally with stakeholders, and identifying influencer partnership opportunities. The role covers content, community, advertising, analysis, and partnership development on social channels.

  • Create social media advertisements, organize paid advertising campaigns, and analyze performance to identify optimization opportunities
  • Conceptualize, create, and publish engaging social media content daily across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more to promote brand, drive website traffic, and increase sales
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies and posting calendars to achieve marketing goals
  • Track campaign KPIs including impressions, engagement rate, reach, website clicks, and conversion rates
  • Monitor trends, follower growth rates, and overall social media presence and benchmark against competitors
  • Produce weekly analytics reports on campaigns and provide recommendations on refining strategy
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce innovative branded visual media content
  • Communicate with followers and respond to comments, queries, and feedback in a timely professional manner
  • Identify influencers and opportunities for strategic partnerships to increase brand awareness
