Position Overview:

IEC Group is currently seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing for social media within a professional institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop captivating visual content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Design graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia elements to support social media campaigns.
Create and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all social media channels.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to strategize and execute effective social media visuals.
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media designs and suggest improvements based on insights.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Proven experience as a Digital Designer specifically focused on social media platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with social media tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing engaging and creative designs tailored for social media.
Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and platform-specific requirements.
Ability to collaborate effectively, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
