Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to design creative photo and graphic posts for our social media platforms and handle customer inquiries. The role includes Photoshop-based designs, creative post formats, and daily social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

Create creative social media posts (photo, graphic, carousel, promotional posts)
Design graphics using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools
Edit product photos and images for social media
Develop different creative post types (offers, announcements, branding posts, quotes, campaigns)
Post content regularly as per content calendar
Handle social media messages, comments, and inquiries professionally
Coordinate with sales/marketing team for inquiry follow-ups
Maintain brand consistency and visual quality
Suggest new creative ideas and post formats

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Good knowledge of Photoshop and basic graphic design tools
Creativity in making engaging social media posts
Good communication and customer handling skills
Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
Ability to work on deadlines
