We are looking for a passionate, creative, and proactive Social Media & Marketing Associate to bring our brand story to life online. If you love storytelling, have a flair for digital content, and want to make marketing meaningful and fun, this is the perfect role for you. You will be the digital voice of our company, showcasing our handcrafted carpets, inclusive workplace, and the incredible people behind our craft.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging and authentic content: posts, reels, blogs, newsletters, and graphics
Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
Track analytics, measure performance, and optimize content strategies
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Capture and communicate the company’s story, culture, and inclusive practices
Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, promotions, and events
Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company’s social impact and values
Stay updated on social media trends and implement innovative ideas
Support special marketing projects and initiatives as needed

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree (any field — curiosity and creativity matter more than your major)
1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media or marketing (internships count!)
Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and writing skills
Ability to work independently, ask smart questions, and collaborate effectively
Passion for inclusion, social change, and diversity
Familiarity with graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools
Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
