Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Social Media Coordinator will manage and execute digital communication strategies for multiple organizations operating under the same corporate office. The role involves planning, creating, publishing, and monitoring content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and reputation for each organization.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

A. Social Media Management (Across Multiple Organizations)

Manage and operate official social media pages for all organizations under the corporate group.
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for each organization.
Ensure brand voice, design consistency, and communication standards are maintained separately for each brand.
Schedule regular posts, stories, reels, and updates across platforms.

B. Content Creation & Design

Create engaging content including captions, graphics, photos, videos, and infographics tailored to each organization’s target audience.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect information, event photos, project updates, and announcements.
Work with designers, photographers, and videographers (internal/external) for high-quality digital assets.

C. Campaign Planning & Execution

Develop digital campaigns to promote programs, services, events, and brand initiatives for all organizations.
Coordinate paid ad campaigns (boosting) and monitor their performance.
Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns across platforms.

D. Community Engagement

Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly across all brand pages.
Manage feedback and maintain a positive digital presence for each organization.
Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and relevant communities.

E. Monitoring, Reporting & Analytics

Track and analyze insights, reach, engagement, and overall performance of each organization’s social channels.
Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports for management.
Recommend improvements based on analytics and trends.

F. Coordination & Collaboration

Work closely with the management team to align digital media activities.
Coordinate with different organizational heads to understand communication needs and priorities.
Support corporate events, CSR activities, and branding initiatives with digital coverage.

G. Additional Responsibilities

Track trending topics, new features, and global social media practices.
Support website updates as needed.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Corporate Office management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent writing skills in English and Nepali.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools (preferred).
