Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator who can turn ideas into viral stories and help us connect with the next generation of global students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideating, producing, and managing engaging content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and Stories).
Develop creative content ideas aligned with Mobeeco’s marketing goals and brand identity.
Write engaging captions, track trends, and execute viral content strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and schedule social media campaigns.
Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to optimize future content.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all digital channels.
Stay up to date with emerging trends, youth culture, and social media best practices.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Proven experience creating viral or high-engagement social media content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, current trends, and storytelling.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a sense of humor.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Influencer or content creator background is big plus.
