Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Social Stage Performance and Corporate Events to support the planning, coordination, and execution of weddings, social celebrations, corporate programs, and live stage performance events. The role involves working closely with clients, vendors, artists, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations, high-quality delivery, and memorable event experiences in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Major Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing social stage performances and corporate events from concept to completion
Prepare event schedules, checklists, timelines, budgets, and operational plans
Coordinate logistics including transportation, seating, registration, inventory, and event materials

Vendor & Partner Management

Liaise with vendors, decorators, caterers, rental partners, beauticians, photographers, entertainers, artists, speakers, and technical teams
Coordinate with production crews, audiovisual teams, stage managers, and backstage staff
Follow up on vendor requirements, deliverables, and post-event documentation

On-Site Event Execution

Supervise venue setup, décor installation, stage setup, rehearsals, and event dismantling
Manage show flow, backstage coordination, audiovisuals, and service execution
Handle client communication, guest coordination, VIP management, and hospitality services
Ensure quality standards, hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance during events

Client, Media & Sponsor Support

Assist with sponsor coordination, branding placements, and media coverage
Support guest relations, artist handling, speaker coordination, and participant management

Reporting & Support

Track budgets, vendor payments, and expense records
Prepare post-event reports and documentation
Resolve on-site issues promptly to ensure smooth and professional event execution
Support senior managers in delivering elegant, well-coordinated, and memorable event experiences

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Management, Media, or a related field (will be preferred)
Practical experience in event planning or hospitality is preferred

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience in a similar role.
Prior experience or internship in events, weddings, corporate programs, live shows, or hospitality
Freshers with strong interest in event management are encouraged to apply

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure during live events
Client handling, vendor management, and on-site problem-solving
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality event experiences
Knowledge of event logistics, budgeting, and timelines
Flexible hours, involves working outdoors, and does not require desk or table work
