Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects in Nepal. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building construction, particularly in finishing works, and a proven ability to manage daily site operations efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work quality and safety standards
Coordinate effectively with contractors, workers, and stakeholders
Monitor project progress according to schedules and deadlines
Ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications
Report site updates and issues to project management
Preferred with MEP supervision experience

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in building construction
Strong expertise in finishing works
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Excellent site supervision skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
