Job Description

  • Site supervision, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, cost and material estimation
  • Supervise the ongoing  project
  • Manage the purchase of building materials 
  • Supervise subcontractors and staff.
  • Develop and implement quality control programs.
  • Prepare progress reports of site.
  • Supervise subcontractors and staff
  • Use computer program specific to construction industry such as scheduling, estimating software etc.
  • Should be reponsible to regulate the Technical Team
