Expected of competent analytical skills, capable of quickly sensing the interests of a team, stakeholders and acting upon accordingly
Proficient in report writing both in Nepali and English
Should not be convicted of any heinous crime
Shall be recognized from his/her past performances if any
Must have good communication skills
Shall be familiar with Auto Cad, Excel, Word and MS Project
Proficient in MS Project
Proficient in MS office, internet, email and AutoCAD
Strong negotiation skills
Knowledge of bidding procedure would be an advantage
Knowledge of other foreign language would be an advantage

Job Description

To verify the design, BOQ and schedules and plan accordingly with co-oration with Project Engineer and Manager
To schedule and coordinate all construction processes, and disseminate the schedule to sub-contractors
To monitor all above works progress has been smoothly carried on as per approved design
To determine the best way to get materials to the building site and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project
To monitor the daily activities of subcontractors in respect to work in progress as per schedule, material mix as per standard and material quality
To guide supervisor and subcontractor for minimizing wastage of materials and breakage and rework activity
To manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
Prepare method of statement, mobilization, work schedule, progress reports etc
Prepare reports from various project sites
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
