Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

1. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day execution of interior fit-out and architectural works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure proper execution of false ceiling, flooring, partitions, wall finishes, carpentry, joinery, painting, glazing, metal works, and modular furniture.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and skilled labor to ensure timely completion of work.

2. Drawing & Design Coordination

Interpret and execute architectural, interior, and detail drawings.
Coordinate with design team for clarifications, revisions, and approval of shop drawings.
Ensure works are carried out strictly as per approved GFC drawings.

3. Quality Control

Maintain quality standards as per project specifications and industry best practices.
Inspect materials delivered at site and ensure compliance with approved samples and brands.
Conduct regular site inspections and rectification of defects.

4. Material Management

Prepare material requisitions and coordinate timely procurement.
Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
Maintain material stock registers and site inventory.

5. Measurement & Billing

Take measurements of executed works for running bills and final bills.
Assist in the preparation and verification of BOQs and variation statements.
Maintain measurement books and daily progress records.

6. Coordination with MEP Works

Coordinate architectural works with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and ELV services.
Ensure proper integration of MEP services within interior finishes.

7. Site Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and photographs.
Record site instructions, hindrances, and work completion status.
Assist in preparation of completion drawings and handover documents.

8. Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to site safety norms and good housekeeping practices.
Implement safety measures for labor and materials at site.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and project specifications.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design
2–5 years of experience in interior and architectural site execution
Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques
Ability to read and interpret architectural & interior drawings
Knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and billing
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred)
