Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced Showroom Sales Incharge to manage overall showroom operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, industry knowledge (preferably automotive or retail sales), and the ability to manage staff, inventory, and sales performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all showroom operations, including sales, customer support, and service activities.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance and overall showroom profitability.
Execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to support sales effectiveness.
Ensure excellent customer service by promptly handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Train, supervise, and guide showroom staff to ensure high performance and customer service standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely ordering of products and supplies.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to showroom staff for improvement.
Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and analyze sales trends regularly.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and sales activities to boost showroom revenue.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the automotive or sales industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer service principles, and marketing techniques
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
