Minimum Qualification:

The candidates should have at least Master's Degree in science, engineering, economic or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in relevant fields
Should have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to details
Ability to work under pressure, and verbal and written communication in English and Nepali Languages

Scope of work:

The Consultant will support the programs undertaken by the Energy and Extractions team working on Nepal, including but not limited to:

Support the team in managing supervision and implementation of the Energy portfolio, and related key meeting with internal and external clients, etc
Support the team in managing analytical and advisory work and related key meetings with internal and external clients etc
Participate in the field visit to the projects areas with the team
Monitor the performance of the contracts under the World Bank supported Projects in close coordination with the clients
Provide support to the team's portfolio analyst to coordinate with the Energy and Extractions teams and with the relevant government organizations and other development partners, and contribute to project documents, as and when need;
Provide support in the preparation of operational product and projects documents (e.g. Aide Memories, background reports, field trip reports, case studies, portfolio performance reviews, etc
Any other work assigned by the Task Team Leaders of Projects
