Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive Service Advisor - Two-Wheeler to serve as the key link between customers and the service workshop, ensuring clear communication, smooth coordination, and timely delivery of serviced two-wheelers. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Handling

Welcome customers courteously and understand their service or repair requirements.
Listen carefully to customer complaints and record them accurately.
Explain service procedures, estimated costs, and delivery timelines clearly.

Job Card & Workshop Coordination

Prepare detailed job cards documenting customer complaints and technical observations.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair.
Monitor service progress to ensure timely completion.
Ensure required spare parts are available in coordination with the parts department.

Quality & Delivery

Inspect completed jobs before vehicle delivery.
Ensure all customer concerns are properly addressed and resolved.
Explain work performed and provide maintenance advice at the time of delivery.

Customer Satisfaction & Follow-up

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer feedback, concerns, or complaints professionally.
Follow up with customers after service, when required.

Documentation & Systems

Maintain accurate service records and billing details.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and CI guidelines.
Effectively use the Dealer Management System (DMS).

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Good technical knowledge of two-wheelers (engine, EFI, electrical systems).
Ability to explain technical issues in simple language.
Basic computer skills (DMS, MS Office).
Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Additional Requirements:

Relevant technical certification or license will be an advantage
Valid driving license with willingness to travel as required

Note: Freshers are encouraged to apply, and Experience in two-wheeler authorised service centres is preferred.
