Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a mid-level employee, you will play a crucial role in effectively communicating our products and services to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients
Conduct on-site visits to assess and resolve any product or service issues
Collaborate with the sales team to promote and market our products and services
Generate and maintain detailed service reports for management
Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
Conduct trainings for clients on how to effectively use our products and services
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to provide innovative solutions to clients
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention
Travel to various client locations as needed
Work with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and services to the market

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to travel across Nepal
Motivated and self-driven, with a passion for excellence in customer service
