Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-driven Marketing Executives to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting our products, generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the construction and building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and market company products, including silk plaster, tiles, and other interior/exterior finishing materials.
Visit clients, contractors, architects, builders, consultants, and project sites.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Prepare sales reports and update customer records.
Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) Completed.
Valid 2-Wheeler Driving License (Mandatory).
Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

Previous experience in Sales or Marketing will be highly preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
