Job Description

NemaxNepal Industries is a leading manufacturing company in the engineering industry, and we are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and the ability to provide excellent customer service while troubleshooting and maintaining machine performance.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular maintenance of machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine breakdowns or malfunctions.
Provide on-site technical support and assistance to our clients.
Conduct installations, testing, and commissioning of new machinery at client sites.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of services provided, including time, materials, and expenses.
Coordinate with the accounts and inventory officer to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials.
Train and guide junior service engineers as needed.
