Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain and update operational data, reports, and documents.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, HR) to ensure smooth workflow.
Address any issues or delays in operational processes and provide effective solutions.
Monitor key operational metrics and report discrepancies or issues to management.
Assist in process improvement projects by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree passed (with certificate).
Experience: 2 years of experience in private security services at the officer level.
Required Professional Skills: Team & Assignments Supervision, Monitoring, and Reporting Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
