Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships within the hydropower, construction, and industrial sectors, including the sale of excavator parts, construction materials, Construction Equipment( Shotcrete Machine Grout Pump and other related small Equipment, fly ash, industrial chemicals, and tires.

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hydropower and construction industries.
  • Promote and sell company products including excavator parts, fly ash, construction chemicals, tyres, and related materials.
  • Adapt Payment policies and payment follow-ups with new and existing clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct regular site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
