Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Supervisor with hands-on experience in two-wheeler assembly operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid mechanical engineering background, practical assembly expertise, and a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble two-wheeler components as per company standards and specifications
Conduct quality checks to ensure proper functionality and the addition of checkpoints on assembled units
Troubleshoot mechanical issues during the assembly process and recommend improvements
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Report operational or technical issues to the senior supervisor
Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols at all times

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 1 year of experience in a two-wheeler assembly plant
Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and assembly equipment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
