Job Description

We are seeking a highly dedicated, results-oriented SEO Specialist who will be responsible for managing the entire SEO performance of all our websites and digital assets. The ideal candidate will have the technical skill, creative vision and strategic mindset to make our presence stronger on every platform, from Google to niche communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement full-spectrum SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page, local) for all websites under RG Creations Nepal, including our banquet brands (event management).
Conduct regular SEO audits, keyword research and site performance analysis using industry-leading tools.
Plan and execute high-impact link-building campaigns and content optimization strategies.
Optimize website structure, page speed, mobile responsiveness, indexing and schema markup.
Ensure all websites follow best practices for E-A-T (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) and Google’s latest algorithm updates.
Coordinate with developers, content creators, designers and marketing team to ensure SEO is embedded at every level.
Monitor, track and report SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs and other tools.
Research and identify platform-specific opportunities for visibility on Quora, Reddit, niche forums, business directories and more.
Suggest and execute international SEO strategies where applicable, including localized targeting for global clients or investors.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure conversion-focused SEO efforts, not just traffic growth.
Stay updated with SEO trends, AI-powered search shifts and emerging opportunities.
Recommend and experiment with YouTube SEO tactics to support your company’s video/reel-heavy content model.
