Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Web Developer who can support our ongoing client projects and help us deliver high-quality, stable, and scalable websites.

Role & Responsibilities:

You will work closely with our internal team to:

Build, redesign, and maintain WordPress websites (Elementor experience required)
Handle website migrations, hosting transfers, and DNS/domain setups
Fix backend/plugin issues, conflicts, broken layouts, and performance errors
Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO
Implement new pages, content uploads, blogs, and structural updates
Troubleshoot layout issues on existing client sites (SiteOrigin, Elementor, etc.)
Assist in eCommerce setup (WooCommerce) where required
Ensure websites are secure, clean-coded, and easy for clients to manage
Maintain high-quality design standards with fast turnaround times

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is:

Reliable, committed, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with multiple projects at once
Strong in problem-solving and quick troubleshooting
Able to deliver clean, stable, and SEO-friendly website structures
Communicative and able to give timely updates

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience
Strong command of Elementor, Gutenberg, and general page builders
Ability to work with and fix issues related to plugins, themes, and outdated builders
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP basics
Experience with website migration, cPanel, Plesk, hosting setup
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals (metadata, schema, page structure)
Ability to troubleshoot performance, plugin conflicts, and loading issues
Experience handling multi-page websites, content imports, blog transfers
Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)

WooCommerce configuration
Basic graphic adjustments (banners, cropping, compressing images)
Understanding of CRM integrations (Monday.com, etc.)
Experience with security hardening & backup systems
