We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Search Engine Optimization Specialist with strong hands-on content writing skills to own and scale our organic growth end-to-end. This role blends SEO strategy, technical execution, and high-quality content creation.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—someone who can plan SEO roadmaps, execute technical and on-page improvements, and personally write or refine content that ranks, converts, and delivers measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Strategy & Organic Growth:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive sustainable organic traffic and conversions
- Create SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals, user intent, and funnel stages
- Prioritize quick wins and long-term initiatives based on impact and effort
2. Keyword Research & Search Intent:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research using modern SEO tools
- Map keywords to user intent (informational, commercial, transactional)
- Build keyword clusters and content frameworks to establish topical authority
3. Technical SEO:
- Perform technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, site structure, Core Web Vitals, and page speed
- Collaborate with developers to implement technical fixes and improvements
- Ensure SEO best practices are embedded into new pages, features, and site launches
4. On-Page SEO & Optimization:
- Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, internal linking, and landing pages
- Improve content readability, UX, and conversion alignment
- Ensure all on-page elements align with ranking factors and search intent
5. Off-Page SEO & Authority Building:
- Lead ethical link-building strategies including digital PR, outreach, partnerships, and content-led link acquisition
- Monitor backlink profiles and domain authority
- Identify and mitigate toxic or harmful links when required
6. Content Writing & Content-Led SEO:
- Write high-quality, SEO-optimized content (blogs, landing pages, long-form guides, product pages)
- Refresh and optimize existing content to improve rankings, engagement, and conversions
- Ensure content aligns with E-E-A-T principles (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness)
- Collaborate with designers or editors when needed, while owning content performance end-to-end
7. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and user behavior using analytics tools
- Track KPIs that reflect real business impact, not just rankings
- Prepare clear, actionable SEO performance reports for stakeholders and leadership
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with PPC, social media, design, and web development teams on integrated campaigns
- Align paid and organic keyword strategies to maximize overall search visibility
9. SEO Trends & Innovation:
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, AI-driven search changes, and evolving SEO best practices
- Adapt strategies for modern SERPs, including featured snippets, AI overviews, and zero-click searches
