Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a skilled and result-driven SEO Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will work closely with our UAE Experts and will be responsible for managing both in-house SEO activities and SEO projects for clients across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical SEO knowledge, hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and backlinking strategies, and a proven track record of improving organic rankings, traffic, and conversions

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement SEO strategies for in-house websites and client projects targeting the UAE market.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
Plan and execute SEO campaigns aligned with business goals.

On-Page SEO:

Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, internal links, and images.
Ensure SEO-friendly website structure and navigation.
Coordinate with content writers to maintain SEO best practices.

Off-Page SEO & Backlinking:

Plan and manage backlink-building strategies.
Identify high-quality backlink opportunities through outreach, guest posting, and partnerships.
Monitor backlink profiles and disavow low-quality links as needed.

Technical SEO:

Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawlability, indexing, speed, and mobile issues.
Ensure proper implementation of schema markup, sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.

Client & Project Management:

Manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
Prepare SEO reports and updates for internal teams and clients.
Communicate progress and recommendations clearly.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Test and suggest new SEO strategies to improve results.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

2–3 years of experience as an SEO Executive or Specialist.
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Hands-on experience with backlink building and client projects.
Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console.
Experience with international markets (UAE/GCC preferred).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS (WordPress preferred).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
Content marketing and CRO knowledge.
Experience working with developers and designers.
Understanding of PPC and digital marketing is a plus
