Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee warehouse operations at our central facility in Jorpati, as well as coordinate with multiple branch warehouses. This role demands a hands-on professional who can manage end-to-end logistics, enforce process discipline, and ensure operational excellence across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Central Warehouse Oversight: Take full responsibility for daily operations at the Jorpati-based central warehouse
End-to-End Operations: Manage scheduling, unloading, dispatching, inventory control, and warehouse safety procedures
Branch Coordination: Ensure smooth communication and logistics alignment with branch warehouses across various locations
Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular reconciliations to prevent discrepancies
Process Optimization: Introduce and implement efficient processes to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce operational delays
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on stock status, dispatch schedules, and warehouse performance to management
Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure high standards of discipline and efficiency
