Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a Sales Operations Officer responsible for coordinating and monitoring sales and operational activities across branches, ensuring timely reporting, follow-up, and smooth coordination between branches and the Corporate Office.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and follow up on branch sales and operational activities.
Monitor sales targets, achievements, leads, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
Prepare and maintain branch-wise sales and operational reports.
Monitor and follow up on branch operational costs and expenses.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Technical, Customer Service, HR, and other departments.
Follow up on customer requests, installations, activations, renewals, and upgrades.
Identify sales gaps and operational issues and report to management.
Coordinate with HR on staff hiring, onboarding, transfers, resignations, and clearance.
Ensure timely completion of branch tasks and management instructions.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Telecom, ISP, or a similar organization.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Good communication, coordination, reporting, and follow-up skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple branches, departments, and tasks effectively.
