This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Consultant and will be responsible for managing and organizing travel arrangements, making reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. The Travel Consultant will be based in our office in Kathmandu and will work closely with guests to ensure their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable.

• Build client relationships by understanding their travel preference, requirements, and expectations while creating itineraries for Nepal, Bhutan, India, and Tibet's rich cultural, historical, and natural destinations.
• Encourage sustainable travel decisions and ensure clients are aware of and support local conservation ideas.
• Book accommodations, transportation, permits, and other activities as per the requirements, ensuring clear communication with clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any concerns or issues.
• Provide cost-effective travel options that align with the client's budget limits ensuring a valuable experience throughout the journey.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging destinations in Nepal, Bhutan, India, and Tibet to enhance our product portfolio.
• Keep records of all travel details, permits, and reservations.
• Work closely with the operations team, guides, and co-workers to ensure that travel plans run smoothly.
