Job Description

  • Perform monitoring of clients’ networks that are signed up to a managed services agreement.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on internal and client supported hardware and operating systems and associated network applications.
  • Check, monitor and restore files from backup media upon receipt of duly authorised client requests.
  •  Maintain computer network administrative records of hardware and software installed
  • Ensuring they are authorised and the appropriate documentation is in place.
  • Assist with NSW IT SUPPORT software licensing policy to ensure the Company and its clients are always fully licensed for all software applications.
  •  Initiate the purchase of computing equipment and services if the opportunity arises while supporting the client.
  •  Maintain adequate Networking knowledge.
