Reports to: Head of Operations
Position Summary:
- The prospective Senior Marketing & Sales Executive is tasked with the job of ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects related to sales & marketing of all Casino activities
- He/She will be handling both the TRADITIONAL (direct, displays & signages, hoardings) & DIGITAL (Social Media & SEO) marketing
- He/she will also supervise the Sales Team comprising of Call center, Alliances & Corporate sales
- The total team strength will be 6-8 members
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing briefs for campaigns to be implemented in the Casino marketing campaigns,
- Conducting competition mapping and consumer research
- Active involvement in formulating communication strategy and brand plans
- Conducting market audits to gain valuable insights and conceptualizing campaigns around them
- Campaign Management activities, coordination with external creative agencies
- Driving guest engagement, activations, reactivations by launching innovative campaigns through channels like e-mail, SMS and direct mailers
- Campaign Management activities include- Briefing the agency on campaign design and email creation, taking approvals from various stake holders on creative content, launch the campaign, campaign sustenance planning and campaign performance analysis
- Work with various other departments of the business to ensure optimal cross selling opportunities
Demonstrated Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong communication skills with conceptual clarity, both verbal and written
- Excellent MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) skills
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
- Sharp analytical and corresponding skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to work independently but within strategic framework
- Good business acumen
- Willing to learn, contribute & grow
- Ability to handle multiple projects/assignments, multi-tasking
- Strong organizational skills
Hours of Work:
- Minimum working hours is 8 hours per day, however at times of requirement the individual must be available to attend the tasks whenever required. However some flexibility in hours is allowed.
Travel:
- Travel is primarily local during the business day, potential candidates should be readily available to travel inside and out of Nepal on a frequent basis. Should be having a valid two/four wheeler driving license.
