Accord Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our nationwide sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, coordinating with distributors, and expanding our market presence across Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Manage key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and institutional clients.
Coordinate with regional distributors to optimize distribution and market coverage.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Identify new business opportunities and assist in market expansion initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to align sales strategies.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Business, or related field
Minimum 5–7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Strong communication, leadership, and market knowledge
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading sales teams.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market in Nepal.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently across Nepal.
