We’re seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager for our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in the Kathmandu region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market insights to management.
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and performance updates.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in sales, preferably in building materials, hardware, pipes, or related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Valid two-wheeler driving license with own bike.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with a result-oriented mindset.
