  • Personal: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Must be willing to travel locally to visit dealers.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days a week, with a mutually agreed upon day off).

Job Description

Reports to: Operations Manager / Proprietor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the wholesale/distribution network to achieve overall company sales targets.
  • Wholesale Dealer Management: Manage relationships with existing wholesale dealers (retailers, multi-brand outlets, etc.). Ensure their stocking needs are met and resolve any operational or financial issues.
  • Network Expansion: Actively seek out and secure new wholesale dealers and points of sale to expand the distribution network across Kathmandu and potentially beyond.
  • Opportunity Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including corporate sales or institutional partnerships, to drive business growth.
  • Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management.
  • Training: Provide product knowledge and sales support to the wholesale channel partners as needed.
