Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Initiate and implement market identification and survey programs
Draft and develop sales and marketing strategies
Monitor and supervise sales team about the tenders and ensure active involvement of team in the tender process
Should take an update with sales team for any sales lead and plan accordingly to sale the biomedical product
Manage sub-distributor so as to achieve more sales and ensures payment settlement from sub-distributor
Should submit sales and marketing report to management on regular basis
Ensure that customer problem client’s complaints and queries are effectively resolved on time
Support the Service Employees to address client’s issues regarding the devices
Planning & budgeting of overall unit’s for entire fiscal year
Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
Co-ordinate with other departments for smooth operation of sales functions
Take responsibility for departmental performance and plan accordingly

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in science or the Management field.. MBA/Technical Education are preferred.
1-2 years of professional experience working in sales and marketing of any field. Sales and Marketing of Medical Equipment will be highly preferred
Fresher’s can also apply if they are keen to pursue their career in sales and marketing field
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with good initiative nature and decision-making ability
Candidates should be flexible for the time and good at multitasking
Ability to execute complex tasks while addressing daily management details and focus on long-term deadlines, target and strategy
Candidate should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Google spreadsheets
