Job Description

  • Generate business ideas, opportunities and develop market various products and packages.
  • Create saleable offers and promotion, establish and expand business relationship. (cultivate new or expand your own existing business relationship)
  • Research and convert research results into business ideas and opportunities or correct existing business relations, products and schemes.
  • Analyze sales database and extrapolate analysis results to shape up and adjust existing business plan, products, packages and relationships plan and execute "drive booking" personalizing the email content based on analysis results.
  • Develop loyalty program matching with the analysis results.
  • Identify activities, events, shows, attractions, shopping, etc, and have the ability to formulate these into business promotions, offers targeting existing customer based on past guest activities and also new customer.
  • Increase the business partners and collaborators of the hotel for increasing revenue. (candidate having good relationship and rapport in the related business community will be an added advantage)
  • Data analysis and knowledge various analytical tools including MS Excel.
  • Managing and handling Online traveling sales and marketing fike booking.com expedia, etc, and have thorough understanding of these sales media.
  • Assist in increasing the online visit traffic of hotel website and online travel agencies.
  • Capable of doing digital and non-digital marketing.

Job Specification

  • Must be fast learner and grasp the requirement of the company without much briefing/direction
  • Must have in-depth domain knowledge with good business rapport and PR in industry network
  • Must be proficient in planning, organizing and executing tasks and projects
  • Must be proficient in communication and coordination.
  • Must have a good interpersonal skill and pleasant personality.
  • Must be a organized in task and time management

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • Must have minimum 3 years of proven continuous service in sales and marketing in 3-4 star hotels.
  • Must have a good knowledge of data analytics and MS Excel.

Remuneration

Rs 50000 + and other hotel benefits, based on the satisfaction of the qualification criteria.
