Position: Senior Sales Executive

Position Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at conglomerate organizations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to understand their evolving business needs.
  • Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential conglomerate clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

3. Product Knowledge and Solution Selling:

  • Stay updated on the latest telecom products and services.
  • Provide customized telecom solutions that align with client requirements.

4. Communication and Presentation:

  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in all interactions.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical support, and product development) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to enhance offerings based on client needs.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to management on client status and sales progress.

Education Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree / Professional Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 2 years of experience in B2B Sales OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of relevant experience

Profile:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Analyzes situations or problems effectively towards sustainable solution.
  • Develop new solutions or techniques to improve work output.
  • Proactively tries to see how own work relates or impacts others beyond own work area.
  • Seeks to learn more about other parts of the unit, function, or business.
  • Proactively seeks out customers' input to obtain feedback on performance and to anticipate any other customers' needs.
  • Influences others effectively to obtain needed information or support.
  • Adapts rules or alters normal procedures to fit a specific situation to get a job done well.
  • Acknowledges personal strengths & weaknesses and works on constructive feedback to improve one's work performance.

Duty Station:
Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs.
