Position: Senior Specialist - National Sales

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

At Distributor Level:

  • Ensure every FOS has designated routes and targets for the month
  • FOS Capacity Analysis monthly 
  • Ensure FOSs are communicated, trained and monitored on the defined KPIs for them 
  • Ensure Coaching to FOS on the ground on the various activities to be performed at the retail outlet end such as: Sales Planning, Active Selling, Target planning, Competitor data gathering etc.

Review and Control:

  • Review of FOS sales performance on a weekly basis as per Terms of Reference
  • Review Cluster Distributor overall performance on a weekly basis as per Terms of Reference
  • Review issues and conduct RCA pertaining to the low sales target achieved.
  • Ensure timely disbursement of incentives to FOS in accordance with the agreed achievement of KPIs.
  • Ensure any new campaign/ product launch is properly communicated to the Distributor Branch office and to the FOS. Arrange for training sessions 
  • Ensure required POSM is distributed to the Branch office and to the FOS.

At Regional Office Level:

  • Prepare and analyze reports and dashboards used for sales monitoring purposes.
  • Proper understanding of the KPIs assigned to regional team: Revenue (Data & Voice), Subscriber Base, Market Share, Compliance, SRA Usage
  • Review Regional Sales performance on a weekly basis with Regional Unit Head
  • Perform detailed analysis of reasons for missing targets and taking appropriate actions.
  • Ensure retail outlets are getting the right margin in accordance with the company policy and identify leakages and escalate immediately as required 
  • Ensure necessary activities are carried out during road shows/ new campaigns as announced by the company.
  • Ensure he/ she understands about the New Product, if any, launched by the company and properly train people in regional team/ Distributor team.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree with 4 years’ experience OR
  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience

Profile:

  • Identify regional targets in collaboration with Regional Unit Head
  • Ensure effective realization of targets focusing on the overall success of the company and the satisfaction of customers.
  • Identify and resolve any impediments/ issues hindering achievement of targets
  • Analyzes situations or problems effectively towards sustainable solution.
  • Develop new solutions or techniques to improve work output.
  • Proactively tries to see how own work relates or impacts others beyond own work area.
  • Seeks to learn more about other parts of the unit, function, or business.
  • Proactively seeks out customers' input to obtain feedback on performance and to anticipate any other customers' needs.
  • Influences others effectively to obtain needed information or support.
  • Adapts rules or alters normal procedures to fit a specific situation to get a job done well.
  • Acknowledges personal strengths & weaknesses and works on constructive feedback to improve one's work performance.

Duty Station:
Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs.
