Job Description

  • Maintain good professional relationship with the resellers,communicate with them on a regular basis and fulfill their needs
  • Ensure resellers’ concerns are addressed on time
  • Process resellers’ requests for after-sales service
  • Act as a liaison between resellers and departments within the organization
  • Properly allocate and monitor usage of devices provided to the resellers
  • Prepare reports on a periodic basis
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Provide assistance to the supervisor
