The Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for overall implementation of programs including health system strengthening, quality assurance and implementation through local partners. Externally, the position is responsible for forging strong alliance with government counterparts and actively engaging with key stakeholders for appropriate policy advocacy. S/he will contribute actively in overall management and governance of PSI/Nepal as member of Senior Management Team (SMT); contribute towards scaling up PSI Nepal activities; and represent PSI/Nepal in various national and international platforms in relevant business areas.

Required Qualification and Competencies:

• MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology or related medical degree, with at least 5 years practice level experience ;
• Seven years of progressive professional experience on reproductive health and leadership capacity in INGO environment; 
• Demonstrated experience in working with high level GON health professionals with proven policy advising capacity;
• Deep knowledge of RH issues with orientation towards improving the space for private sector actors in health;
• Ability to influence, strengthen and nurture network of medical professionals related to Reproductive Health;
• Ability to build project management and clinical capacity of teams;
• Capable of performing in a complex environment with cultural sensitivity;
• Fluent in English and Nepali (speaking and writing);
