Job Description

  • Drive the annual goal setting exercise to align with the Board-approved strategy; ensure compliance with the annual performance management cycle at all levels within the F1Soft Group
  • Oversee the development and implementation of company-wide performance management system; collaborate with staff and key managers across the enterprise to develop this system
  • Work with HR colleagues and the business to define competencies at every level within the organization; map key performance metrics at each level, distinguished by technical, managerial and leadership tracks
  • Develop and conduct training and workshops to ensure that all performance management systems (and related processes) are accurately understood and exercised. Provide performance management workshops for all levels of employees across the F1Soft Group to learn and exercise world class performance management
  • Work with supervisors when required, to design performance plans for staff who are found to be underperforming. Develop a culture across the enterprise where managers and staff are comfortable engaging in “difficult conversations.”
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure that performance management systems are being used to effectively manage operational work processes, individual performance, and to identify and manage operational risks
