Project Leadership and Collaboration

• Lead small project teams or initiatives, guiding technical decisions and ensuring timely delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, maintaining high code quality standards.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure software solutions meet business and technical needs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects in a timely and efficient manner.

Mentorship and Technical Guidance

• Mentor and support junior and mid-level programmers, fostering skill development and encouraging best coding practices.
• Provide technical expertise and knowledge-sharing to improve team capabilities in C#, .NET, and related technologies.
• Identify training opportunities for the team to stay up-to-date with evolving technologies, tools, and techniques.

Quality Assurance and Optimization

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and efficiency of code.
• Optimize existing code for improved performance, identifying potential areas for refactoring.
• Ensure security standards and data protection protocols are adhered to in all developed solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, architecture, and processes for easy maintenance and future reference.
