Department: Strategy and Growth 

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Strategy and Growth to play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic planning efforts and business development initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role will require a keen understanding of market analysis, environmental scanning, and the ability to align business units with key priorities. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support in Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer and executive team to develop, refine, and execute the company's strategic plans. 
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats. Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. 
• Environmental Scanning: Monitor the competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and industry trends to ensure the organization remains agile and adaptable. 
• Business Development: Lead and support business development efforts, including identifying new growth opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions. 
• Support Business Units: Work closely with business units to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and assist in implementing strategic initiatives. 

Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in business, strategy, finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related role.
• Proven experience in market analysis, environmental scanning, and strategy implementation. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization. 
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets. 
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Collaborative and able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
