Major Works:

• Handle foreign and local currency payment
  
• Liaise with Government Offices and Banks
• Managing Budget and cash flow
• Fulfill conditions precedent for Financial Closure
• Project Finance Management
• Finance and Business Risk Management
• Managing main Project Agreements
• Coordination with related consultants, sponsors and overseas lenders
• Various analysis and tasks as instructed by management

Requirements:

• Must have completed Chartered Accountant / Additional MBA preferred
  
• At least 3 years of experience in project finance after graduation
• Excellent Microsoft skills in Excel, Powerpoint and MS-Word
• Excellent knowledge of finance related jobs
