Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager at Bhudeo Khadya Udyog located in Godar. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to achieve financial objectives and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial systems and practices, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data interpretation
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong leadership and management skills
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• A Master's degree in Finance or a related field is preferred
