Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Chief Finance Officer to oversee the company’s financial operations across its construction, architecture, property management, advertising, and real-estate activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the company’s overall finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.
Manage project costing, budgets, cash flow, expenses, and financial reporting.
Monitor construction and project-related financial transactions, payments, and collections.
Oversee accounting, VAT, taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Manage banking relationships, loans, investments, and other financial transactions.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
Monitor income and expenses from property management, real estate, advertising, and other business activities.
Establish and maintain effective financial controls and proper accounting records.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Provide financial advice and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Identify financial risks and opportunities and support business growth and investment decisions.
Lead, supervise, and guide the finance and accounting team.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent will be highly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with significant experience in a senior management role.
Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, taxation, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, cash-flow management, and risk management.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple financial priorities effectively.
