Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, tax-related activities, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting and taxation knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
Prepare financial statements, financial reports, and reconciliations.
Maintain cash and bank records and perform regular bank reconciliation.
Handle VAT, TDS, tax filing, and other taxation-related activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax and accounting regulations.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
Provide financial information and reports to management as required.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of taxation, VAT, TDS, and general accounting practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, honest, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Working Time: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Holidays: Saturday and festival holidays

Salary: NPR 20,000 (Negotiable based on experience and potential of the candidate)
