Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and fix hardware problems (e.g., desktops, laptops, servers).
  • Install, set up, and update operating systems and software.
  • Perform maintenance and system updates.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff and clients.
  • Monitor and improve system performance, including backups.
  • Document system setups and procedures.
  • Work with other IT professionals to solve the problems.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in computer hardware and software support.
  • Education: Bachelors, relevant certifications, or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to diagnose and fix hardware issues.
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with network setup and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices.
  • Use of diagnostic tools and software.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
