Megatech Trade Group is a corporate house that imports and distributes ICT products across Nepal. Our brands include Lenovo, Western Digital, SanDisk, Matrix Telcom, Matrix Security and Surveillance, JCM UPS and generators, Numeric UPS, WardWiz digital security, Cisco, and Asian Batteries. Our corporate office is located on the 3rd floor, Megatech Tower, Kalopul, Sanepa-02, Lalitpur, Nepal. With a history dating back to 1955, our founders traveled from Biratnagar to Kathmandu to supply computers across Nepal when the computer age was emerging. Today, we provide reliable and value-for-money ICT products and services to customers from government offices, projects, NGOs, schools, colleges, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and fix hardware problems (e.g., desktops, laptops, servers).
Install, set up, and update operating systems and software.
Perform maintenance and system updates.
Provide technical support and training to staff and clients.
Monitor and improve system performance, including backups.
Document system setups and procedures.
Work with other IT professionals to solve the problems.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 5 years in computer hardware and software support.
Education: Bachelors, relevant certifications, or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills:

Ability to diagnose and fix hardware issues.
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Experience with network setup and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices.
Use of diagnostic tools and software.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
