About the job

Key Responsibilities:

Generate high-quality leads through various channels.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the IT services/software development domain.
Identify potential markets, clients, and decision-makers within the client organization.
Build strong client relationships to understand their needs and offer suitable IT solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with company offerings.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular updates to management.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance business visibility.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business development and lead generation in the IT sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating qualified leads.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing, and lead generation platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
