Job Description

Support in the recruitment of staff, including the placement of advertisements, contacting candidates, coordination of interviews, reference checking, etc.
Develop appropriate orientation packages and update as necessary and organize staff induction programs
Maintain and update staff database and paper and electronic personnel files
Assist the HR team in the performance appraisal process
Submit regular reports on Human Resources issues, initiatives and activities;
Carry out necessary filing and documentation
Assist in Coordinating staff training sessions, workshops and activities
Assist in coordinating meetings, manage communication boards and other forums
Any other task as assigned by the supervisor
